EMBED Home Products Murphy Beds are built on a precision laser-cut steel frame—an exceptionally durable and one of the most recycled materials in the world. Steel retains its strength through multiple recycling cycles, making it an eco-conscious choice that helps reduce landfill waste. Its longevity also means our Murphy beds are generational products designed to last a lifetime, not end up in the landfill.
Eco-Conscious Panels
We select materials that meet high environmental and quality standards. Our Uniboard melamine panels are made from 95%+ recycled materials. A plywood alternative is also available, offering a safe, sustainable and durable core for every bed we build.
Our PureBond Hardwood Plywood panels
are soy-based, formaldehyde-
free, and proudly made in North
America, offering a durable and eco-
friendly solution that prioritizes
safety and sustainability.
Additionally, we repurpose the
production waste from our panels to
heat our manufacturing plant,
significantly reducing reliance on fossil
fuels and further minimizing our overall
carbon footprint.
Easy Change Panels
We designed the EMBED to have easily interchangeable panels. This system not only makes the assembly easier, but it also allows you to change the panels later down the road.
So whether you want to update the look of your space or need to replace a damaged piece without having to buy a new furniture piece, you will be able to do so affordably and sustainably.
