Our Warranty for the EMBED is as follows:

The EMBED metal frame (exoskeleton) and mechanism come with a premium lifetime warranty to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Whereas, the EMBED easy change panels come with a three (3) year warranty to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts or components free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact to verify your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may require photos to advise the proper course of action and improve our service.

If a repair or replacement is necessary, please contact us for instructions on returning the product.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We will not be liable for any other damages, including incidental or consequential damages.
